We are currently recruiting experienced hospitality professionals to join two international ferry vessels operating between France (Boulogne-sur-Mer) and Ireland (Cork).
🚢 About the company
This is a new European ferry operator launching a direct connection between Ireland and mainland Europe. The company focuses on passenger and freight transport, offering a modern and efficient alternative route within the EU.
The service is designed to:
- Improve connectivity between Ireland and continental Europe
- Provide a direct EU-to-EU route, avoiding UK transit
- Operate with modern, sustainable ferry solutions in the coming years
The company plans to start operations with two chartered vessels, with long-term investment into new, environmentally friendly ships.
📅 Start Date
End of April (urgent hiring)
⚓ Contract & Rotation
- 6-month contract
- 4 weeks onboard / 4 weeks off
- Fixed monthly salary
- Competitive market compensation
🌐 Requirements
- EU passport (mandatory)
- Good English communication skills
- Additional languages are an advantage (French is a plus)
- Relevant experience in the applied role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Medical fit to work at sea
- Holding STCW certificates prior joining
