In cooperation with our Austrian partner agency, we have been successfully placing candidates for modern 4* and 5* hotels located primarily in western Austria (Tirol, Vorarlberg, Karinthia, Salzburg).
General Information
- Typically, you’ll work 6 days a week, about 48–54 hours a week
- Full board and lodging are provided free of charge (in single rooms or apartments)
- Seasonal contracts are typical, but year-round positions are also available.
- Summer season: May through October (summer holiday season)
- Winter season: November/December through April (ski season)
- Accident and health insurance
- Travel expenses are the employee’s responsibility—the employee must arrange and pay for their own travel
- No placement fee; all administrative services are free!
To apply for these positions, you must have at least 1–2 years of relevant hotel work experience and in most positions also good German language skills!

The approximate salaries listed below are for reference (based on a 6-day/48-hour workweek). Salary also depends on the applicant’s experience.
Restaurant/Bar
- Waiter/Waitress/Chef de Rang (language skills: good German; salary around 2000–2100 EUR net)
Assistant Waiter/Commis de Rang (language skills: good German, salary around 1,800–1,900 EUR net) - Bartender (language skills: good German, salary 2,000–2,200 EUR net)
- Bar Manager (language skills: good German)
Kitchen
- Sous Chef (language skills: good German)
- Chef de Partie (language skills: intermediate English or German, salary around 2,000–2,300 EUR net)
- Demi Chef de Partie (language skills: intermediate English or German, salary around 1,900 EUR net)
- Commis de Cuisine (language skills: intermediate English or German, salary around 1,800 EUR)
- Pastry Chef (language skills: intermediate English or German)
- Pastry Assistant/Commis Patissier (language skills: intermediate English or German)
Other
- Chambermaid (language skills: at least basic German; salary around 1,800 EUR net)
- Receptionist (language skills: fluent German and English; salary around 1,800 EUR)
