TUI River Cruises’ exclusive fleet of river ships for adults will set sail again in 2026—and we’re looking for you!
- Our ships (e.g., TUI Isla, TUI Maya, TUI Skyla—we’re adding a new ship this year) sail along Europe’s iconic waterways, including the Danube, Rhine, Moselle, Main, and the Dutch-Belgian waterways.
- Our ships feature stylish, modern interiors, with two restaurants, several lounges, and daytime and evening entertainment for guests.
- Thanks to our small crew-to-guest ratio—approximately one crew member for every four guests—we guarantee a friendly, family-like atmosphere and personalized service.

What We Offer
- Base salary: minimum net 1,600 EUR/month + tips on board (recommended approx. 10 USD/day/guest)
- Seasonal contract: March/April through November
- Room and board provided on board
- Double-occupancy crew cabins
- Assigned work areas and duties — stable work environment
Requirements
- English language proficiency, at least B1/B2 level
- Relevant professional experience
- Valid EU passport / EU citizenship
- Guest-oriented, friendly, and flexible personality—a good team player
