The contracts are sesonal, usually from March to November every year.<\/p>\n<p>The crewmember shares his\/her cabin with one or two other crew members. Meals are provided.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone who is planning to work on a river ship must have a good command of the English or German (or both) knowledges and have previous working experience in the position she\/he wish to apply.<\/p>\n<h3>Working Time<\/h3>\n<p>You are expected to work seven days a week, about 10-12 hours every day. There are no free days, but you do have some free hours each day when you can relax.<\/p>\n<h3>How To Apply<\/h3>\n<p>The cruise companies usually held interviews from December till February in our office. We preselect people to attend these interviews.
