Higher-level positions naturally offer higher rates of pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accommodation:<\/strong> accommodation is <strong>not free.<\/strong> In most cases, the hotel provides staff accommodation, which is paid for by the employee. Usually, <strong>2 employees share one room.<\/strong> Single-room accommodation is only occasionally available and depends entirely on the hotel\u2019s current availability and capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cost, type and conditions of accommodation vary from hotel to hotel. This is the only cost charged to the candidate \u2014 <strong>there is no recruitment, placement or registration fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accommodation is paid for by the employee according to the conditions and rates set by the individual hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"h-application-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application process:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first step of the application is a personal or WhatsApp interview.
