Senior Culinary – always keen to see experienced candidates … the Thomas Keller Culinary project is moving forward, with the brand new Grill restaurant being introduced on board the fleet:-
Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine must have experience in this role. 4 months on 2 months off. Small luxury cruise vessel experience is desired
Executive Sous Chef – 4 on 2 off, paid in Euros – 4000 Euros per month.
Sommelier – we are keen to see candidates with strong Sommelier background. Contracts are 4 months on 2 months off. Paid in Euros 2231.99 per month. Assistant Sommelier also of interest – salary is 1877.46 Euros per month onboard.
Restaurant Waiter – per month onboard 1965.03 Euros
Stewardess – per month onboard 1604.45 Euros
