- Executive Sous Chef: 4/2 rotation, 4000 € salary
- Executive Chef: 4/2 rotation, salary to be negotiated
- Chef de Partie: 4/2 rotation, 2700 € salary
- Public Rooms Manager: 4/2 rotation, 2900 € salary
- Restaurant Waiter: 4/2 rotation, 1900 € salary
- Barwaiter: 4/2 rotation, 1600 € salary
